If you are interested in a position on a team's bench staff (head coach, assistant coach or trainer) or a division convenor, please download these documents & complete the application form ... they will explain MOHA requirements, how to complete the form and the Volunteer Applications Form itself ...which can be used for convenors, coaches, trainers, managers and on-ice volunteers.
