Minor Oaks Hockey Association is looking for sponsors for the upcoming House League hockey season to help support hockey in our local communtiy. Sponsors names are displayed prominently on the backs of the players' jerseys and sponsors receive advertising space on the MOHA web site.
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for House League hockey, please download the House League Sponsorship Request Form from the link below. Windows users may submit the form electronically. MAC users are asked to download the form, complete the form and fax or submit the form to the MOHA office by mail or in person.
Your sponsorship request is not a guarantee of a sponsorship spot. All requests are first reviewed by MOHA. You will then receive a follow-up call to discuss your sponsorship request in more detail. Sponsorship opportunites are limited so it is important to submit your request early. Deadlines for accepting Sponsorship Requests is July 31st.
